It all starts with the water .....
Take a glass of Creuse water from the tap. It is cold, clear, and has a pure taste like few other water sources.
It percolates through the rock strata for thousands of years but has no sell by date.
It is this water that we take with a few natural ingredients, a little chemistry and majic, turning it into the fine ales that are available on this website.
We study the old methodology of brewing, incorporate new technology which improves consistency of quality and then add our own individual 'stamp' by maturing some of our speciality ales in oak barrels from Cognac and fine wine 'houses' to give a truly unique finish to our product. (mouth watering !!)
You can come and sample them at the brasserie, county fayres and festivals 'en France' or we can send them out to you by mail order for you to enjoy in your own time and space.
